Initial Agreement

These "Terms & Conditions" (referred to below as the "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between rm97 and any person who uses the rm97 platform (www.rm97.im).

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the rules in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the platform.

rm97 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

User Eligibility

Age Restriction

rm97 services are available only to persons aged 21+. If an account is opened with a false date of birth, rm97 has the right to close that account immediately and decide how to handle any remaining balance.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed only one account at rm97. If it is found that the same person has opened a second account from the same device or IP address, rm97 has the right to close those accounts and void any bonuses.

Accurate Information

The name, ID card number, phone number, and payment account details provided at registration must be accurate. Before processing a withdrawal, rm97 will verify this information, and if any inaccuracies are found, rm97 has the right to hold the transfer.

Account Registration & Management

Password Security

Players must keep their login credentials (Login ID and Password) confidential. If you notice any suspicious access or access by someone you do not recognise, contact rm97 Live Chat immediately. rm97 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own negligence.

Account Bonus Restrictions

Bonus services apply to individual accounts only. Opening additional accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses will result in immediate suspension of deposits and withdrawals.

Account Closure

Players can request to close their account at any time via Live Chat. rm97 also reserves the right to close an account in the following situations—

• Repeated violations of this agreement
• Attempting to manipulate games using digital tools or software
• Requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Attempting to abuse bonuses in a way that does not match normal playing patterns

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

rm97's welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. You must wager 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks before you can withdraw bonus winnings.

Example (large deposit) — If you deposit 340,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks. You must complete 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks in wagering.

General Bonus Terms

• The detailed terms for each bonus must be read on the promotions page.
• Bonus funds are used before your real balance. You cannot withdraw until wagering is complete.
• If you request a withdrawal while holding a bonus, rm97 may cancel the bonus.
• rm97 reserves the right to cancel promotions held by a player if bonus abuse is detected.
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; Live Casino games may differ — details are shown in the relevant bonus information.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is available based on your VIP level — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, Platinum: up to 0.8%. Cashback is credited as bonus funds, but it does not count toward any wagering requirement — see the bonus section for full details.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

You can deposit at rm97 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks per method.

Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and the available payment methods are the same as for deposits. Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour.

Withdrawal Verification

Your account may be reviewed before a withdrawal is processed. rm97 may request identity verification, and if it cannot be provided, the transfer may be delayed or placed on hold.

Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals are not allowed until bonus wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals may be declined if the payment method does not match the one used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal amounts and adjustments depend on rm97's payment processing procedures.

Game Fairness and Conduct

Fair Play

Prohibited Actions

• Using any software, bot, or tool to alter game results
• Collusion between players
• Using any technology that could disrupt platform services
• Attempting to play with funds that do not belong to you

If any of these policies are proven to have been violated, rm97 reserves the right to close the player's account and void all bonuses and winnings.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server problem, network issue, or software error, rm97 will refer to the game provider's server records to resolve the matter. An interrupted result will not be treated as void — the outcome will be determined based on the records.

Personal Data Protection

rm97 protects players' personal data with SSL encryption. This information is never shared with any third party, except payment processors and actions required by law.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution

rm97 is committed to handling player complaints promptly, but does not guarantee that any outcome will be enforced through any religious or regulatory body — bonus and gameplay internet issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability (Limitation of Liability)

rm97 is not responsible for any money lost by a player during gameplay, health-related distress, or losses arising from third-party interference.

All gaming decisions are the player's own responsibility. rm97's maximum liability is limited to the player's account balance equal to the amount in dispute.

rm97 cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by external server outages, network failures, or natural disasters.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. rm97 makes no claims regarding compliance with any specific legal jurisdiction and focuses primarily on the safety and fairness of the platform.

Players are responsible for ensuring their gaming activity complies with the laws of their place of residence. rm97 does not intend to provide services in jurisdictions where it is prohibited, and rm97 is not responsible for any losses incurred by players accessing the platform from such locations.

Amendments and Final Terms

rm97 may amend this agreement at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
